Leo has been working out since he was a teenager. He was inspired by Pumping Iron. He's appeared in various fitness mags and in Playgirl.

Charles

Charles is an actor and bodybuilder, and is deeply into martial arts. This shoot was done at Venice Beach and includes Charles on the rings and giving advice on stretching.

Lon

Lon has been working out for 15 years and has got the body to prove it. We have pics of Lon plus 5 videos including an introduction, training tips and some great posing routines and bicep curls. Lon is one of California's finest physiques - don't miss him!

Fernando is an actor and personal trainer who used to do bodybuilding contests when he lived in Venezuela. He still has some great arms and a very well-developed chest as you will see in these videos and pics.

Yaacov is a fitness model from Israel. He's very articulate and passionate about exercise, and he is also a great free poser. He shows his shoulders and arms to great advantage in this shoot.

Mark is a lightweight with a well developed chest.  He's gives some great advice about building muscle. His posing is his strong point - and so are his triceps. We only have one set of pics for Mark, but the video is good stuff. Be sure and check it out!

Mike moved to Hollywood 12 years ago and says he's been working out since that time. He's got strong shoulders and biceps and we have him working both in some exciting amateur muscle videos.

We found Idaho down at Venice Muscle Beach working out. He's not big, but he has some serious definition, strength and enthusiasm - plus great biceps - so we asked him to do a short shoot for us. We have him working out in the weight pen for several different exercises.
